Summer Bible (Theme) Study

For 7 weeks this summer we are exploring various themes that run all through the Bible and ultimately point to Jesus!

You are invited to come join the discussion - so here is some information you might want to know before you show up:

When do we meet?
Wednesday evenings from 5:30-7:30
from June 18-Aug 6 (*no meeting July 23)

Where do we meet?
FPC Eldorado Fellowship Hall (basement)
2 N Cottonwood, Eldorado, TX

Do we need to read/study anything ahead of time?
Nope. Just come as you are and we will explore the Bible together.

What do we need to bring?
It would be helpful to bring your own Bible, but don’t worry - if you don’t have one, we have plenty here you can borrow for the evening.

Will we eat together?
Yes, each evening we will begin with prayer and a meal. This way we don’t have to figure out how to get dinner before/after Bible study. Plus, this gives us a good opportunity to catch up with each other, and get to know each other better.

Who provides the meals?
Volunteers who are a part of this study provide the meals each week. If you would like to volunteer to provide a part of a meal, you can click here to sign up or contact Joe McGee to find out how. But please know that no one ever has to provide food in order to participate. Come, eat, fellowship, study, and enjoy!

What ages is this for?
During the school year, we have classes for different age groups, but this summer we will be meeting “family-style” and everyone from 5-105 is welcome and invited to participate. (And if you fall outside this range, you are still welcome and invited!)

Will there be a nursery?
Yes, we will have a nursery for children ages 0-4 whose parents would like one. Of course, little ones are always welcome to stay with their parents if they would prefer.

What resources will we be using?
We will be using the Study Guides and videos created by BibleProject.
